What this site stores on your device today

Very little. This website sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, maps or videos. The only thing it writes to your browser is a single localStorage entry named cookie_consent, which remembers whether you pressed Accept All, Reject All or chose individual switches. That entry stays on your device, we cannot read it from our side, and without it the banner would simply ask you again.

At the date above, no analytics or advertising tag is loaded by any page. Everything else on this page describes switches that are ready for the day such a tool might be added, so that your choice would already be in place.

The seven switches, one by one

The names follow the common consent categories, so they will mean the same thing to a browser extension or an advertising platform:

Your cookie preferences

These switches are reserved for tools that are not loaded today. Set them as you like, then choose Save Preferences; your saved choice is remembered in this browser and applied if any such tool is ever added.

Controls in your browser

If this changes

Before we add any analytics or advertising tool, we will update this page, the Advertising Disclosure and the Privacy Policy, and the tool will stay off until you switch the matching category on.

How your choice works

When the home page opens and no choice has been saved, all five optional categories start as denied. Pressing Accept All, Reject All or Accept Selected stores your answer in the cookie_consent entry together with the time you gave it. Later visits read that entry and pass the same answer to the page. Because no analytics or advertising tool is present today, saying yes to a category does not switch anything on; it only records the answer.

The entry is plain text in your browser. If you want to see it, open your browser’s developer tools, look at Local Storage for this site, and you will find it there. Deleting it is always safe.

Why there is a banner at all

A website that will one day measure visits or advertise should ask first, and it is easier to build that habit before the first tool arrives than after. So the banner already behaves the way it would then, and the policy tells you plainly that today it has nothing to control. We would rather over-explain a switch that does nothing than have you discover one that does.

Short answers

Does the site track me? Not through any tool that we have placed on it. The web host may keep ordinary server logs, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do the contact form or the thank-you page set cookies? No. They carry what you typed to our inbox and nothing more.

Do I have to press anything to read the site? No. The banner can be ignored, and every page opens without a choice.
