Short answers
Do I need experience with birds?
No. Every service is built for people at any level, and the explanations start from the beginning.
Can I ask about a visit with children?
Yes. Children aged 8 and over are welcome at encounters with a guardian beside them.
What should I wear to an encounter?
Closed shoes and sleeves that cover your forearms. Mornings in the mews can be cool, so bring a layer, and please leave dogs at home, as the birds are easily unsettled by them.
Is sending a message a commitment?
Not at all. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until we have agreed the details together in writing.
